QUANTITY SURVEY

Quantity surveying is the most important part of cost control for a construction project.  It includes -

- preparing Bill of Quantity ( BOQ ) , and Work Breakdown Structure ( WBS )

- preparing project cost estimate, and cost plan

- designing project schedule and cash flow

- contract administrating 

- maintaining security act of payment to all parties

- Variation & progress claim assessment.

- follow up cash inflow / outflow in regards to the allocated budget

- preparing closing documents for all parties
